After being flagged down to escort a woman in labor to the hospital, the newborn arrived too quickly, and Lee stepped in to assist with the delivery. Both mother and baby Noah are healthy, and the officer later visited them in the hospital to celebrate the unforgettable moment. 👶🚓❤️
