Exclusive: Taylor Swift fans are excited about a beautiful new mural at a hotel in Liverpool that pays tribute to the singer as a musical icon.
A hotel in Liverpool is celebrating Taylor Swift’s upcoming visit to the area with a special piece of artwork that it unveiled this week.
Liverpool’s Phoenix Hotel took its celebration of Swift’s anticipated arrival to a new level on Wednesday, May 22, by revealing a mural depicting the 14-time Grammy Award winner. In an Instagram post that provided a close-up view of the mural, Swift appeared to be wearing one of her Eras Tour outfits as a colorful background hinted at the artwork used for the tour’s merchandise. Swift looked happy as she threw a huge smile over her shoulder, her lips painted in her signature red color and her long hair worn down.
The hotel credited the “beautiful piece” to MurWalls and noted the mural will remain in place along the side of the building “for the next month to celebrate the incoming of a modern musical icon.”
