Could Travis Kelce’s surprising campaign pose a threat to Joe Biden’s potential nomination as the Democratic candidate?
It’s not easy to imagine anyone voting for Travis Kelce for president of the United States. However, in the very unlikely event that he reaches the White House, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end is very clear about what one of his first executive orders would be.
This past May 31, the Chiefs visited the White House for the second consecutive year, invited by President Joe Biden to celebrate their victory in Super Bowl LVIII. Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, Isaiah Pacheco, George Karlaftis, and the entire team once again enjoyed presidential hospitality.
During the visit, the Chiefs’ PR department asked several of the players what they would do if they were the president of the United States. The answers varied, but one of the most surprising was that of Travis Kelce, who did not hesitate to share presidential power with the rest of the team.
