BREAKING: Chiefs are singing Rugby star Louis Rees-Zammit to play RB/WR after he impressed during workout
The former Wales rugby star has been busy since showcasing his talents in front of scouts from 31 franchises at the NFL’s International Player Pathway ‘Pro Day’ in Florida last week, visiting both the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets. The 23-year-old is speaking with a number of team as he waits to discover his fate, amid reports three are ready to offer him a mega-money deal to join their practice squad.
Now, the next two visits on his packed itinerary have been revealed, having seemingly caught the eye of the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.
Rees-Zammit shared a post from NFL UK on his Instagram story, which revealed that he would be visiting the Denver Broncos and the Chiefs this week. He also shared a photo of the snow-covered ground in Denver, ahead of his visit to the franchise.
