“Outlander” star Sam Heughan joked he plans to steal Taylor Swift from the Kansas City Chiefs star at her Eras Tour stop in Edinburgh, Scotland, over the weekend.
“We’re gonna go see Taylor Swift play in Scotland,” the Scottish actor — who was in costume as his “Outlander” character Jamie Fraser — said in a clip posted to Instagram Wednesday. “I think most of the cast is going.”
He said in a new video on Instagram that the cast of “Outlander” is going to see Swift perform over the weekend.Instagram/@samheughan
“She obviously doesn’t know this, but when she comes to Scotland and she sees me in the audience, she’s gonna forget all about … [Kelce] and fall for a man in a ginger wig,” Heughan, 44, quipped as her song “…Ready For It” played in the background.
“How could she resist? She’s gonna shake him off and take me out instead. I’m really excited.”
Heughan captioned the clip, “Welcome to Scotland Taylor. JAMMF is a Swiftie.”
